All data on the order form must be complete and accurate. No changes may be made once the order form is submitted.

If data entered in the book differs from data provided by you on the order form, we will rectify the situation. Please return the book to us. We will replace the book with the correct data and pay for postage incurred in returning and sending the replacement book. However, we will only send you the replacement book once we receive the original book with the error in it.
